Who we are

Leading Light Recruitment is a healthcare staffing agency built by someone who spent over 15 years filling shifts for big agencies and got tired of watching the process fail the people who mattered most. Founded by Ceejay Ifebigbo, the agency exists to do healthcare recruitment properly: right person, right shift, right compliance every time, even when that means saying no.

Nursing

We supply registered nurses and healthcare assistants for hospital wards, clinics and care settings across the UK. Every placement is matched not just on qualifications, but on the specific demands of the ward or setting they're going into.
