We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our client’s healthcare team and provide high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.
Monitor patients’ health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.
Administer medication and treatments in accordance with professional guidelines and care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare assistants and other healthcare professionals.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and members of the wider healthcare team.
Follow infection prevention, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:

Relevant nursing qualification.
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) where required.
Strong clinical, communication and organisational skills.
A compassionate and patient-centred approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Previous nursing experience is desirable.
