URGENT HIRING – MENTAL HEALTH NURSES

We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurses to join our client’s healthcare team and provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals experiencing mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate mental health care.
Monitor patients’ mental and physical wellbeing.
Develop and implement individualised care plans.
Support patients in their recovery and promote independence.
Administer medication and treatments in line with professional guidelines.
Identify and respond appropriately to changes in patients’ mental health.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Work collaboratively with patients, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures.
Requirements:

Relevant nursing qualification.
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) where required.
Experience in mental health nursing or a related healthcare setting is desirable.
Strong communication, assessment and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, patient-centred and non-judgmental approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
