We are seeking a caring, compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our client’s healthcare team and provide high-quality support and care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and practical support to patients.
Assist patients with daily activities while promoting their dignity and independence.
Support patients with personal hygiene, dressing, eating and mobility where required.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ health and wellbeing.
Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and members of the wider healthcare team.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow health, safety and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a healthcare or care setting is desirable.
Relevant healthcare qualification is advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Commitment to maintaining patient dignity, safety and confidentiality.
