Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal and practical care and support to patients.
Assist patients with daily activities while promoting their independence.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ health and wellbeing.
Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
Assist with moving and positioning patients safely where required.
Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Follow health, safety, safeguarding and confidentiality procedures.
Requirements:

Previous healthcare or care experience is desirable.
Relevant healthcare qualification is advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
