We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our client’s healthcare team and provide high-quality, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose and manage patients within the scope of professional practice.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment and care plans.
Prescribe and administer treatments where appropriately qualified and authorised.
Monitor patients’ conditions and review their progress.
Provide health advice, education and support to patients.
Refer patients to other healthcare professionals and services where necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Follow professional, safeguarding, health and safety and clinical governance standards.
Requirements:

Relevant Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice qualification.
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Relevant clinical experience.
Strong assessment, diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
